The Center of Excellence is used to optimally review the leadership and management competencies of existing or future executives at top management level. The Center of Excellence is based on defined function descriptions and competence descriptions.

In the Center of Excellence, competencies are evaluated in a leadership and management simulation of an entire company, with management, works council, employees, management colleagues, customers, suppliers, etc. in a realistic environment.

The quantitative and qualitative results [summarized in a comprehensive and meaningful report] include strengths, areas for improvement, and the selection decision or competency development recommendation.
