managementcube | Center of Competence - Individual Processes

The managementcube | Center of Competence is a qualitative further development of the Assessment Center method and is designed as an individual procedure. The Center of Competence is based on defined function and competence descriptions.

In this process, the strengths and improvement potentials in the function-specific relevant competence fields are derived through an optimal combination of practice-oriented simulations, diagnostic tools and systems.

The quantitative and qualitative results [summarized in a meaningful report] include strengths, areas for improvement, and the selection decision or competency development recommendation.
