Leading in practice | Leadership behavior simulation game

The leadership simulation game "Leading in Practice" is a special form of leadership and management competence development. There are no individual exercises and role plays, but here the participants experience and are in [simulated] reality.

This simulates an entire company with management, 4 hierarchical levels, works council, customers, suppliers, partners and subsidiaries, etc. in a complete office infrastructure.

In 5 simulation rounds of 90 minutes each, numerous company-specific tasks are to be performed together with the entire organizational unit. This includes change processes, cross-organizational and cross-hierarchical projects, strategy development, controlling, routine tasks, etc.

The tasks are to be mastered under difficult general conditions and intensive conflict situations [demotivation | internal dismissal | mobbing | departmental thinking | sensitivities | ...]. have to be mastered.

After each simulation round, the entire process or the specific procedure is analyzed in a detailed feedback session.
