Sensitisation
  • Advertising orients itself strongly around advertising campaign instruments such as newspaper ads, posters, tv - and radio spots, and the internet.
  • Direct marketing relis on junk mail, online newsletters,..
  • Lobbying and public relations attempt to influence people in regards to decision making and opinion formation.
  • The goal of marketing is to combine previously mentioned instruments and enhance them with isntruments such as exhibitions, brochures, promotional items and sales pitchess in order to create an integrative composition.
  • Personality and competence development are excellent tools in the "qualification" of employees and executives and employ seminars, e-learning, workshops, training on the job, ...
 
"Sensitisation is the composition of all instruments into an integrated whole. Topics such as nature conservation and climate protection, anti-discrimination, gender mainstreaming, safety at work, ethics, corporate social responsibility, ... require exactly this type of strategic sensitisation. Each topic must be dealt with individuall,which is why we mention only a few of our successfully implemented pojects below.

 

Mindful interaction with the animate and inanimate nature of people's heads is one thing -  but to bring it into their hearts is another thing -  to live it and act it is part of sensitisation (information management - emotion management - realisation management).
 
 
                                                                                                      
   
Projects such as "A Question of Ethics" concerning corruption and the acceptance of inappropriate gifts have the objective to eliminate taboos, sensitize the executives and immunize the employees. Prevalent features are thereby sensitisation at all levels, development of appropriate instruments, resources, documentation, ...
   
"My boyfriend is imperfected and so am I, which is why we make such a good couple" - This is the mission statement of the numerous sensitisation processes we developed and saw through. Whether somebody is disabled, has a different way of living, practices another religion, has a different background, or is of another gender, importance is placed on accepting diversity and understanding it as enrichment for your own life (numerous implemented projects concerning migration, gender mainstreaming, anti-racism,...).
