Competence Development Personality and competence development is one of our company's four core areas.
The human being is the focus of our work - as an individual person or as a part of a holistic system. We do not advertise "tricks and tips", we do not promise miracles using the motto "personal success in one day" and we do not take selective measures.

Company-Specific Programs - Internal Trainings
Within the scope of internal events, each component of personality and competence development, can be adapted to specific firm needs (goal setting - contents - methods - procedure - dates). More than 1,000 successful training projects since 1988 demonstrate our competence in this area.

Target-Group-Specific-Programs
Over the years, the "Gesellschaft für Wirtschaftspsychologie und Organisationsdynamik" has developed and designed target-group-specific and job-group-specific programs within the companys core areas.
One example includes the professional training project "FORTISSIMO" for self-employed and employed pharmacists in collaboration with the Austrian pharmaceutical chamber or TRAIN THE TRAINER.
